Mr. Jones represents individuals and families in creating individualized
yet affordable estate plans. He also represents personal representatives
and trustees to ensure efficient and economical estate/trust administration.
In addition, Mr. Jones assists individuals coping with an incapacitated loved
one in the formation and maintenance of conservatorships. Finally, Mr. Jones
vigorously represents fiduciaries and individuals in litigation disputes that
may arise in probate, trust, and conservatorship matters.
Biography
Mr. Jones graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School in 1999, and
has practiced exclusively in the area of estate planning and probate since his
admission to the Bar in 1999. He resides with his family in Long Beach,
California. He is a member of the Estate Planning and Trust Counsel of
Long Beach, the Long Beach Bar Association, and the Trusts & Estates Section of
the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is also an active member of the
North Long Beach/Bixby Knolls Kiwanis Club (President 2002-2003).
